 (Editor’s Note: 1 Pa. Code §  3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin) gives the Legislative Reference Bureau discretion to exclude from publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin classes of documents which are voluminous and applicable only to Commonwealth property or contracts or agency organization, management or personnel.    (1)  Resolution # CB-90-004, Dated January 17, 1990. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania entered into a collective bargaining agreement with the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO.

   (2)  Resolution # CB-90-012, Dated February 12, 1990. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania entered into a collective bargaining agreement with the State Conference of State Police Lodges of the Fraternal Order of Police.

   (3)  Resolution # CB-90-017, Dated February 12, 1990. The Board approved the collective bargaining agreement between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Pennsylvania State Store Organizing Committee, AFL-CIO.

   (4)  Resolution # CB-90-018, Dated February 12, 1990. The Board approved the memorandum of understanding between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Independent State Store Union, Liquor Store Managers Unit.

   (5)  Resolution # CB-90-075, Dated April 13, 1990. The Board approved the labor agreement between the Commonwealth and the Pennsylvania Nurses Association.

   (6)  Resolution # CB-90-082, Dated April 13, 1990. The Board approved the labor agreement between the Commonwealth and the Pennsylvania Nurses Association. Adds the NAACOG-OB-GYN to Appendix J.

   (7)  Resolution # CB-90-086, Dated April 13, 1990. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has entered into a side agreement with the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO.

   (8)  Resolution # CB-90-156, Dated June 22, 1990. The Corrections Officers/Psychiatric Security Aids starting rates for Correction Officer Trainees.

   (9)  Resolution # CB-90-207, Dated September 5, 1990. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania entered into a collective bargaining agreement with the Correctional Institution Vocational Education Association/Pennsylvania State Education Association.

   (10)  Resolution # CB-90-197, Dated September 21, 1990. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has entered into a side agreement with the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO.

   (11)  Resolution # CB-90-198, Dated September 21, 1990. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has entered into a side agreement with the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO.

   (12)  Resolution # CB-90-199, Dated September 21, 1990. As a result of a labor management meeting between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Instructional Tenured Bargaining Unit, a letter of agreement effective the beginning of the 1990 summer school session has specified the rate of pay for the instructors who teach summer school at Thaddeus Stevens State School of Technology.

   (13)  Resolution # CB-90-200, Dated September 21, 1990. As a result of a labor management meeting between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Nurses Association, a letter of agreement effective the first full pay period in July 1990 amends Appendices F and G of the collective bargaining agreement and the memorandum of understanding which revise the rates of pay for the classifications of Registered Nurse 1, Registered Nurse 2, Nurse Instructor 1, and Nurse Supervisor in the Embreeville Center.

   (14)  Resolution # CB-90-201, Dated September 21, 1990. This Board approved the labor agreement between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Nurses Association.

   (15)  Resolution # CB-90-204, Dated September 21, 1990. As a result of a labor management meeting between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Nurses Association, a letter of agreement effective July 1, 1988, specified promotion, demotion, and transfer procedures for certain nurse classification between Norristown State Hospital, Haverford State Hospital, Eastern State School and Hospital, Philadelphia State Hospital, Allentown State Hospital, Embreeville Center, or Southeastern Philadelphia Veterans’ Center and other Commonwealth worksites.

   (16)  Resolution # CB-90-205, Dated September 21, 1990. This Board approved a letter of agreement between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Nurses Association, which revised the rates of pay for certain nurse classifications in the Allentown State Hospital.

   (17)  Resolution # CB-90-206, Dated September 21, 1990. As a result of a labor management meeting between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Nurses Association, a letter of agreement effective the first full pay period in May 1990 amends Appendices E, F, and G of the collective bargaining agreement and the memorandum of understanding which revise the rates of pay for the classification of Registered Nurse 1, Registered Nurse 2, Nurse Instructor 1, and Nurse Supervisor in the Southeastern Pennsylvania Veterans’ Center of Military Affairs.

   (18)  Resolution # CB-90-207, Dated September 5, 1990. CBAG/ TCOP and the Correctional Institutional Vocational Education Association/Pennsylvania State Education Association.

   (19)  Resolution # CB-90-208, Dated September 21, 1990. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has entered into a side agreement with the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO.

   (20)  Resolution # CB-90-243, Dated October 10, 1990. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has entered into a side agreement with the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO.

   (21)  Resolution # CB-90-246, Dated October 10, 1990. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has entered into a side agreement with the American Federation of State, County, and Municipality Employees, AFL-CIO.

   (22)  Resolution # CB-90-304, Dated November 29, 1990. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has entered into a side agreement with the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO.

   (23)  Resolution # CB-90-309, Dated November 29, 1990. A letter of agreement has been entered between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Nurses Association authorizing the State Correctional Instituion at Pittsburgh to use appointments above the minimum.

   (24)  Resolution # CB-90-310, Dated November 29, 1990. A letter of agreement has been entered between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Nurses Association at the State Correctional Institution at Graterford.

   (25)  Resolution # CB-90-306, Dated December 18, 1990. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania entered into a collective bargaining agreement with the Pennsylvania State Education Association, National Education Association, Local Associations at the Scotland School for Veterans’ Children, Thaddeus Stevens State School of Technology, and the Scranton State School for the Deaf.

   (26)  Resolution # CB-90-340, Dated February 4, 1991. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has entered into side agreements with the Pennsylvania State Parks Officers’ Association.

   (27)  Resolution # CB-90-348, Dated February 4, 1991. A letter of labor agreement has been entered into between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Correctional Institution Vocational Education Association/Pennsylvania State Education Association.

   (28)  Resolution # CB-91-007, Dated February 4, 1991. An interest arbitration has been entered into between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge # 85.

   (29)  Resolution # CB-91-004, Dated February 27, 1991. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has entered into a side agreement with the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, Fish and Game Laws Unit (K1).

   (30)  Resolution # CB-91-018, Dated March 7, 1991. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has entered into a side agreement with the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, First Level Supervisor Law Enforcement, Fish and Game Laws Unit (K2).

   (31)  Resolution # CB-91-113, Dated May 10, 1991. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has entered into a side agreement with the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, Cancels June 1 to June 20, 1991 contribution by the Commonwealth to the Public Employe Health and Welfare Fund.

Labor agreement between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania State Education Association, Local Associations, at the Scotland School for Veterans’ Children, Thaddeus Stevens State School of Technology, and Scranton State School for the Deaf.

   (33)  Resolution # CB-91-262, Dated October 8, 1991. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, 4,000 Supervising Employes.

   (34)  Resolution # CB-91-263, Dated October 8, 1991. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has entered into a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, 40,000 Rank and File Employes.

   (35)  Resolution # CB-91-290, Dated November 15, 1991. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has entered into a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Pennsylvania Social Services Union affiliated with Service Employees International Union, AFL-CIO.

   (36)  Resolution # CB-91-308, Dated November 20, 1991. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has entered into a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Pennsylvania State Store Organizing Committee, AFL-CIO.

   (37)  Resolution # CB-91-209, Dated November 20, 1991. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Pennsylvania Social Services Union, affiliated with Service Employees International Union, AFL-CIO.

   (38)  Resolution # CB-91-340, Dated January 8, 1992. As a result of a labor management meeting between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Federation of State Cultural and Educational Professionals, Local 2382, Pennsylvania Federation of Teachers, American Federation of Teachers, AFL-CIO, a letter of agreement has been signed and shall be effective July 1, 1991, to amend the various leave Articles and Recommendations of the Collective Bargaining Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding.

   (56)  Resolution # CB-92-176, Dated July 8, 1992. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has entered into a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO (ASFSCME), Temporary Clerical Pool Employes.

   (57)  Resolution # CB-92-182, Dated July 8, 1992. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board Enforcement Officers III Meet and Discuss Unit (K5).

   (58)  Resolution # CB-92-191, Dated August 24, 1992. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania authorizes collective bargaining between policemen and public employers, provides for arbitration in order to settle disputes, and requires compliance with the findings of the arbitrators.

   (63)  Resolution # CB-92-259, Dated October 9, 1992. The action by the Executive Board, # CB-90-306, dated December 18, 1990, approved the labor agreement between the Commonwealth and the Pennsylvania State Education Association, Local Associations at the Scotland School for Veterans’ Children, Thaddeus Stevens State School of Technology, and Scranton State School for the Deaf, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania/Pennsylvania State Education Association side letter adds Soccer Coach and Assistant Soccer Coach to Extra-Curricular Schedule for Scranton School for the Deaf.

   (64)  Resolution # CB-92-281, Dated October 28, 1992. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania entered into a side agreement with the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge # 85, Capitol Police with regard to holidays per leave, vacations and shift difference.
