§ 67.7. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates.
(a) If the estimated total cost of the emergency project is in excess of $25,000, not less than the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates will be included in the proposal by reference and incorporated in the contract with the lowest responsible bidder.
(b) During the preparation stage of the proposal, the Department of Labor and Industry will be requested to supply the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates for inclusion in the contract.
