Notes of Decisions

   General Comment

The Governor’s Code of Conduct is an executive order which does not have the force of law sufficient to confer a personal or property interest in continued employment upon a discharged employe. Werner, Jr. v. Zazyczny, appeal denied 651 A.2d 546 (Pa. Cmwlth. 1994); affirmed Cmwlth. Ct. order dismissing Petition for Review, 681 A.2d 1331 (Pa. 1996).
