§ 7.492. Enforcement.
The Department of Environmental Resources, the Department of Transportation and the State Police shall implement this subchapter with investigations that are appropriate and authorized. Upon determination of a violation, they shall institute enforcement and other actions, including orders requiring a vehicle to return to the point of origin, vehicle forfeitures, other civil or criminal penalties, damages and other relief equitable and legal in nature, as may be necessary and proper within the lawful powers of the Commonwealth.
