§ 139.71. General requirement.
(a) Owners and operators of amusement rides, devices and structures shall use ASTM Standards on Amusement Rides and Devices as they pertain to owner/operator responsibilities for equipment erection, testing, operation, maintenance and inspection. ASTM Standards, October 1984, and subsequent amendments, are incorporated by reference.
(b) Air compressors and hydraulic equipment shall be inspected under § 139.43(13) (relating to passenger-carrying rides).
