§ 1.1. Definitions.
(a) The following words and terms, when used in this title, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
Banking Code—Act of November 30, 1965 (P. L. 847, No. 356) (7 P. S. § § 101—2204).
Department—The Department of Banking of the Commonwealth.
Secretary—The Secretary of the Department.
(b) Words and terms not otherwise defined in this title have the meanings specified in the Banking Code or the Department of Banking Code (71 P. S. § § 733-1—733-1203).
