§ 145.97. Amendments to this chapter.

 The Department may propose amendments to this chapter. The Department will mail a copy of each proposed amendment to third-party agencies and to manufacturers with approved building system documentation. The Department will hold public hearings on proposed amendments to this chapter. A proposed amendment shall become effective upon compliance with the applicable requirements of the act of July 31, 1968 (P. L. 769, No. 240) (45 P. S. § §  1102, 1201—1208 and 1602) and 45 Pa.C.S. Chapters 5, 7 and 9, known as the Commonwealth Documents Law.
