§ 233.101. Definitions.
The definitions in section 1.2 of the act (24 P. S. § 2070.1b) are incorporated by reference. The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
Act—The Professional Educator Discipline Act (24 P. S. § § 2070.1—2070.18a).
Educator—When used in this chapter, a professional educator as well as a charter school staff member.
