STANDARDS FOR CONTAMINANTS MERCURY EMISSIONS
§ 123.201. Purpose.
Sections 123.202123.215 establish mercury emission standards, annual emission limitations as part of a Statewide mercury allowance program with annual nontradable mercury allowances and other requirements for the purpose of reducing mercury emissions from coal-fired EGUs or cogeneration units.
Authority The provisions of this § 123.201 issued under section 5(a)(1) of the Air Pollution Control Act (35 P. S. § 4005(a)(1)).
