TYPES AND DESIGNATIONS OF CERTIFICATES


§ 303.1. Sewage Treatment Plant Operators Regular Certificates.

 (a)  Sewage Treatment Plant Operators Regular Certificates are issued under section 5 of the act (63 P. S. §  1005) and authorize the persons to whom they are issued to operate sewage treatment plants of one or more of the classes and types indicated in subsection (b), and as set forth on the certificates.

 (b)  A certificate to operate activated sludge and extended aeration plants authorizes the person to whom it is issued to also operate chemical precipitation and other treatment plants of the same or lower class.

 (c)  A certificate to operate chemical precipitation plants also authorizes the person to whom it is issued to operate other treatment plants, of the same or lower class, with the exception of activated sludge and extended aeration plants.

 (d)  The classes and types of sewage treatment plants for which Sewage Treatment Plant Operators Regular Certificates are issued shall be the following:
