LABELING OF DRUGS, DEVICES AND COSMETICS


§ 25.91. Labeling.

 No label, labeling or advertisement of a drug, device or cosmetic shall contain the words ‘‘approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Health,’’ or a similar wording or reference thereto.
