§ 160.2. Definitions.
The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
Act—The Insurance Department Act of one thousand nine hundred and twenty one (40 P. S. § § 1—297.4).
Commissioner—The Insurance Commissioner of the Commonwealth.
Surplus—The amount in excess of admitted assets over total liabilities.
