§ 301.61. Operational standards.
A corporation receiving a certificate of authority to establish and operate an HMO under the act shall provide quality health care services in a cost-effective manner and in a manner which does not impair the corporations ability to deliver, arrange for the delivery of or pay for health services for its members.
