READJUSTMENT OF RESERVE ACCOUNT BALANCES
§ 63.41. Requests.
An employer who elects to have his debit reserve account balance adjusted to zero under sections 301.1(f) and 302(c) of the Law (43 P. S. § § 781.1(f) and 782(c)) shall submit a request in writing.
