PROTECTION OF TANKS IN FLOOD AREAS
§ 13.211. Scope.
The provisions of § § 13.211—13.217 (relating to protection of tanks in flood areas) apply for the protection of tanks containing flammable or combustible liquids that may become buoyant due to a rise in the level of the water table or due to their location in an area that may be subjected to flooding.
