§ 7.2. Vehicular traffic.

 Under 18 Pa.C.S. §  7505 (relating to violation of rules regarding conduct on Commonwealth property), the following shall apply to vehicular traffic:

   (1)  The Property Head is empowered to designate and post no parking zones and to designate and post maximum speed limits for vehicular traffic.

   (2)  A person who parks in designated and posted no parking zone may, upon conviction in a summary proceeding, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $5.00.

   (3)  A person who exceeds the designated and posted maximum speed limit shall, upon conviction in a summary proceeding, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $15.

§ 7.3. Posting.

 The Property Head will post, in a manner reasonably likely to come to the attention of persons using a property, the provisions contained in Chapter 1 (relating to general provisions) and Chapter 3 (relating to hours of operations) as relate to the preservation and protection of a property for its specified or intended use or are intended to promote the welfare, safety or protection of persons visiting or using a property.

§ 7.4. Violations.

 A person who violates §  7.3 (relating to posting), when the rules or regulations have been posted in a manner reasonably likely to come to the attention of persons using a property, shall be guilty of a summary offense under 18 Pa.C.S. §  7506 (relating to violation of rules regarding conduct on Commonwealth property).
