RESTRICTED BUSINESS CORPORATION LICENSES

§ 13.141. Introduction.

 Under the act and 15 Pa.C.S. (relating to the Associations Code), funeral directors may form a restricted business corporation as defined in 15 Pa.C.S. and this chapter.
