§ 7.119. Student records.
A school shall maintain the following records for each student:
(1) Daily attendance records.
(2) Scholastic records.
(3) Financial records.
(b) A school shall submit to the Board a notarized quarterly report of the hours attended for each student on a form provided by the Board. The reports shall be submitted by the following datesApril 15, July 15, October 15 and January 15and shall include the names and license numbers of teachers employed and be personally signed by the owner and supervisor of the school.
(c) A school shall make copies of a students attendance, scholastic and financial records available to the student upon request. The school may charge the student a fee that covers the reasonable cost of making copies of the records.
(d) A school shall retain student hours for a minimum of 7 years. A school that goes out of business shall submit the hours to the Board.
