§ 7.66. Discrimination.
It is prohibited for any person to refuse, withhold from, or deny to any person because of the persons race, color, religious creed, ancestry or National origin, either directly or indirectly, any of the accommodations, advantages, facilities or privileges of a cosmetology, esthetician, nail technology or natural hair braiding salon.
