§ 9.146. Loss or theft of seals.
An architect shall immediately notify the Board upon discovery that his stamp or seal, or both, has been lost or stolen. Upon receipt of the notice, the Board will declare the lost or stolen stamp or seal void, and will authorize the issuance of a new registration number and the manufacture of a new stamp or seal. It is unlawful for a person to use the old stamp or seal.
