PROGRAM


§ 2380.101. Program activities.

 (a)  Program activities shall include assistance, training and support for the acquisition of functional skills, personal needs, communication and personal adjustment.

 (b)  The facility shall provide opportunities and support for participation in community life, including work opportunities.

 (c)  Program activities shall be provided as specified in each IPP.

 (d)  Program activities shall be age and functionally appropriate.
