§ 6211.15. Failure to submit cost report.

 If the provider does not submit a cost report by September 30 of each year, or later if an extension is granted by the Department under the procedures of the cost report, the Office of Mental Retardation will establish an interim per diem rate for the provider equal to the lowest interim rate for any non-State operated intermediate care facility for the mentally retarded issued for the current fiscal year.
