§ 6211.78. Staff development and training costs.

 (a)  Costs associated with staff development and training costs are allowable if the training and development is associated with the individual program goals and objectives of the intermediate care facilities for the mentally retarded program.

 (b)  Staff development and training costs are allowable in accordance with intermediate care facilities for the mentally retarded certification requirements.
