INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS
§ 6500.31. Informing and encouraging exercise of rights.
(a) Each individual, or the individuals parent, guardian or advocate if appropriate, shall be informed of the individuals rights upon admission and annually thereafter.
(b) A statement signed and dated by the individual, or the individuals parent, guardian or advocate if appropriate, acknowledging receipt of the information on individual rights upon admission and annually thereafter, shall be kept.
(c) Each individual shall be encouraged to exercise the individuals rights.
