§ 6500.44. Supervision.
(a) An individual may not be left unsupervised with a person who is not 18 years of age or older, unless the absence of direct supervision is consistent with the individuals assessment and is part of the IPP aimed at achieving semi-independence.
(b) An individual may not be left unsupervised solely for the convenience of the family.
(c) There shall be a family living specialist or designee accessible when the individual is in the home.
