§ 115.1. Purpose.
This chapter establishes regulations for boats carrying passengers for hire to protect the health and safety of the passengers and operators. The definition ‘‘passenger-carrying boat’’ as set forth at section 102 of the code (relating to definitions) applies to this chapter and to the term ‘‘boats carrying passengers for hire.’’
