§ 115.7. Approved marine surveyors.
The Commission will maintain a list of approved qualified marine surveyors. A marine surveyor may request approval by the Commission by submitting a letter listing education, licenses, registration, accreditation and other pertinent information which will attest to qualifications as a marine surveyor. Upon approval, the Commission will notify the surveyor that their name has been added to the list.
