§ 831.6. Super 7 bet slip and ticket characteristics and restrictions.
(a) For a Super 7 Game, the player may select seven numbered squares in one or more of the game panel grids on a bet slip. Bet slips shall be available at no cost to the purchaser. Game panels shall be selected in alphabetical order, in accordance with the instructions printed on the bet slip. A bet slip has no pecuniary or prize value and does not constitute evidence of purchase or numbers selected.
(b) A player may request number selection by computer generation. A standard game ticket will then be produced.
(c) If bet slips are unavailable, number selections may be given to an authorized lottery numbers games retailer in groups of seven number selections for each game grid for each $1.00 wagered. The selections shall be manually entered into the computer terminal by the retailer.
(d) The minimum entry is $1.00. For $1.00, play game A; for $2.00, play games A and B; for $3.00 play games A, B and C; for $4.00, play games A, B, C and D; for $5.00 play games A, B, C, D and E.
(e) To purchase a Super 7 ticket, a player shall submit the completed bet slip or request for computer generated numbers or group of numbers to an authorized lottery numbers games retailer for issuance of one or more standard game tickets. The ticket shall contain the seven selections played in each game grididentified by a letter as described in subsection (d)the drawing date, amount bet and validation number data. The standard game ticket shall constitute the only valid proof of the bet placed and the only valid document for claiming a prize. The standard game ticket shall contain one play prefixed by a letter corresponding to a game panel on the bet slip. The standard game ticket shall only be valid for the drawing dates printed on the ticket.
(f) A standard game ticket may only be cancelled by a player if he produces the ticket, returns the ticket to the selling agent and timely cancels the ticket prior to the drawing, and no drawing applicable to the ticket has previously been held. A ticket recorded as cancelled is null and void, and ineligible to receive a prize.
(g) It is the sole responsibility of the ticket purchaser or holder to verify the accuracy and condition of data printed on the standard game ticket. The sole remedy of the purchaser or holder for errors is cancellation as described in subsection (f).
