§ 21.4. Exemptions.
A transfer of any of the following types of motor vehicles shall be exempt from the requirements of § 21.3(a) (relating to disclosure of odometer information):
(1) A motor vehicle having a registered gross weight of more than 17,000 pounds.
(2) A motor vehicle 25 years old or older.
(3) A new motor vehicle transferred between dealers prior to the first retail sale.
(4) An implement of husbandry.
(5) Special mobile equipment.
