§ 231.3. Definitions.

The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

   Qualified Commonwealth employee—The term as it is defined in 75 Pa.C.S. §  4102 (relating to definitions).

   School bus—The term as defined in 75 Pa.C.S. §  102 (relating to definitions).
