231.432. Adoption of Federal standards.§ 231.431. Application.
In determining whether a driver of a motor carrier vehicle will be placed out-of-service under 75 Pa.C.S. § 4704(c) (relating to inspection by police or Commonwealth personnel), State Police and qualified Commonwealth employes will use the criteria set forth in this subchapter.

§ 231.432. Adoption of Federal standards.
(a) The driver out-of-service criteria contained in Appendix A of the Federal Highway Administrations National Uniform Driver-Vehicle Inspection Manual are incorporated by reference under 45 Pa.C.S. § 727(9) (relating to matter not required to be published), upon approval of the Legislative Reference Bureau.
