§ 29.51. Persons required to file.

 For purposes of this Order, a judicial officer is defined as a Justice of the Supreme Court, a judge of the Superior Court or Commonwealth Court, a judge of the Court of Common Pleas, a judge of the Municipal Court of Philadelphia, a district magistrate, a judge of the Traffic Court of Philadelphia, or a magistrate of the Pittsburgh Magistrate’s Court. This term includes all senior judges and senior district magistrates who shall have served during a reporting period set forth in this subchapter.
