Rule 3776. Applications for Relief or Court Approval.

Relief or approval from the Court shall be requested by application. An application for relief or an application by the receiver for the Court’s approval shall comply with Pa.R.A.P. 123 (application for relief), except that a response, if any, shall be filed within thirty (30) days of service of an application for relief or an application for Court approval.
