§ 67.17. Preargument Matters; Original Record.
Upon written request of a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the chief clerk may release the original record of a proceeding in which that counsel’s appearance is entered, if the court does not immediately require use of that record. The recipient shall return the record to the chief clerk within 30 days after its release.
