§ 67.31. Decisions; Election Law Appeals.
The procedures of § § 67.2567.30 (relating to decisions; circulation of draft opinions; decisions; concurrences and dissents; decisions; reassignments; decisions; objections; effect of disagreements; decisions; overruling previous decisions) shall not apply to election law appeals heard by a court en banc or a panel. The members of a special court en banc or panel, under the supervision of the president judge or judge presiding over the special panel, shall reach and file their decision, together with concurrences and dissents, if any, as soon as possible, without circulation to, or participation by, the judges not sitting on the respective court en banc or panel.
