§ 67.8. Duty Rosters; Special Trial Assignments.
The president judge may specially assign the trial of a case within the courts original jurisdiction to a particular judge. Any judge so assigned:
(1) May be relieved of other responsibilities during the pretrial, trial and decision processes.
(2) Shall be responsible for the management of the case by such authorized procedures as the judge shall elect to apply, including a pretrial order under § 67.44 (relating to pretrial matters; pretrial orders).
