Rule 10.1. Procedure and forms.
The practice, procedure and forms used before a Register of Wills shall be in substantial conformity with the practice, procedure and forms approved by the Supreme Court of this Commonwealth or, in the absence thereof, the practice, procedure and forms approved by the local Orphans Court Division.

The forms adopted by the Supreme Court appear in the Appendix. The forms previously recommended by the Committee, which followed Rule 10, have been revised. Certain forms previously recommended by the Committee, but which are generated by the Register of Wills instead of counsel, have been eliminated.
