§ 29.4-10. Agenda.
The proposed agenda for any stated monthly meeting of Council shall be prepared by the Manager in conjuction with the Council. The proposed agenda shall be forwarded to all members of Council and be available to the public seven (7) days prior to the stated monthly meeting. A brief statement of the subject matter of any ordinance or resolution to be considered shall be published as part of the agenda. The published agenda may be amended prior to the meeting for good cause.
