§ 23.2-202. Continuance.
All powers and functions of Plymouth Township, a First Class Township, contained in any and all ordinances, resolutions, bylaws, rules and regulations, or portions thereof, in force on the effective date of this Charter and not inconsistent or in conflict herewith, shall be continued in full force and effect until amended, repealed, superceded or expired by their own terms.
