§ 23.9-905. Disqualification for Office.
No person who has been removed from office by a recall election or who has resigned from office after a recall petition directed to him has been filed, shall be eligible for appointment to fill a vacancy in the office of a Council member for a period of four (4) years after his removal or resignation.
