34 Pa. Code § 127.661. Qualifications of reviewers.

§ 127.661. Qualifications of reviewers.

 (a)  Each reviewer utilized by a URO or PRO shall have an active practice.

 (b)  To qualify as an active practice the reviewer shall spend at least 20 hours a week treating patients in a clinical practice.
