GENERAL PROVISIONS


§ 51.1. Definitions.

 The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

   Act—Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, Chapter 57 (relating to the Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act).

   Attorney General—The Attorney General of the Commonwealth.

   Commissioner—The Commissioner of the State Police.
