§ 1123.58. Prostheses and orthoses.

 Payment for prostheses and orthoses may be made only under one of the following:

   (1)  The recipient is categorically needy.

   (2)  The prescription has been prior authorized by the Department as specified in §  1101.67 (relating to prior authorization).
