PAYMENT FOR FUNERAL DIRECTORS’ SERVICES


§ 1251.51. General payment policy.

 Payment shall be made for funeral directors’ services subject to the conditions and limitations established in Chapter 283 (relating to payment for burial and cremation).

   The provisions of this §  1251.51 amended under sections 201(2) and 403(b) of the Public Welfare Code (62 P. S. § §  201(2) and 403(b)).
