§ 143.187. Unlawful acts.

 It is unlawful to:

   (1)  Issue a Migratory Game Bird License contrary to this subchapter.

   (2)  Apply for or receive a Migratory Game Bird License contrary to the act or this subchapter.

   (3)  Violate other provisions of this subchapter.
