Rule 2316. Recovery of property and execution.

 The party to the interpleader ultimately found entitled to recover shall be entitled to payment or delivery of money or property awarded under Rule 2315 and to execution upon any judgment entered in his or her favor against any party to the interpleader although an interpleaded claimant has not been served as required by Rule 2308.
